About This Course
The Psychosocial Safety Investigations Program, developed by ThriveOS, is a 10-week practical course designed to build capability in investigating complex workplace incidents and concerns.
Participants will learn how psychosocial hazards contribute to a range of issues. The course combines applied learning activities with peer exchange to support real-world application.
Delivered fully online, the program is designed for a global audience and offers flexible access through recorded sessions.
