Overview

Psychological health and safety is a critical component of modern workplaces. Alongside physical risks, organizations must address psychosocial hazards such as poor work design, high demands, and workplace conflict. Effectively managing and investigating these risks is essential to prevent harm, improve performance, and foster healthy, sustainable work environments.

About This Course

The Psychosocial Safety Investigations Program, developed by ThriveOS, is a 10-week practical course designed to build capability in investigating complex workplace incidents and concerns.

Participants will learn how psychosocial hazards contribute to a range of issues. The course combines applied learning activities with peer exchange to support real-world application.

Delivered fully online, the program is designed for a global audience and offers flexible access through recorded sessions.
